DunnEasy Idler

The DunnEasy Idler allows idler rolls to be changed over in minutes, with a single semi-skilled person working outside of hazardous areas. The ergonomic design is simple and quick with only a spanner and 'Smithy' 250kg com-a-long. The DunnEasy Idler also handles severe overloads without plastic deformation.

OneFits Roll Conveyor

The OneFits Conveyor Idler Roll's press and swage design allows for low rolling resistance and massive bearing capacity. Low friction seals and oil filled lubrication are incorporated in a shaftless (Stub Axle Technology) design. The roll is lighter than most other rolls available (by up to 75% for larger roll sizes) and has the same shell thickness and materials as conventional rolls. Roll ends continue to rotate / roll should the shell wear through completely so belt damage is reduced dramatically. The rim drag (rotating resistence) is markedly lower than conventional rolls which results in lower energy costs.

DunnSimple Conveyor Structure

The DunnSimple Conveyor Structure includes a 'Pin & Bolt' concept and incorporates a fully collapsible 'Lay Flat Pack' design for easy storage, transportation and handling. The legs are adjustable and are not required if used as hanging structure. Top covers can be supplied and do not need to be removed for maintenance purposes. The strength is comparable with existing modular structures while no welding is required: just bolt, pin and safety snaps.
