The DunnEasy Idler allows idler rolls to be changed over in minutes, with a single semi-skilled person working outside of hazardous areas. The ergonomic design is simple and quick with only a spanner and 'Smithy' 250kg com-a-long. The DunnEasy Idler also handles severe overloads without plastic deformation.
The DunnEasy Idler is retrofitable to most existing conveyor systems. The idler rolls are lowered down (away from the best) for ease of sliding in maintance / changeout. The conveyor system need not be shutdown. All roll maintenance is completed from the safety of any single walkway of the conveyor.
